Design

The 2024 Seltos is just slightly larger than most of its peers, offering a more spacious cabin and extra cargo space. There are five trim levels, but even the lowest tier has enough standard features to satisfy many owners, including air conditioning with rear AC vents, folding and reclining rear seats, up-to-date entertainment technology, and advanced driver’s aid features.

Projector beam headlights have enhanced illumination that makes it easier to spot obstacles on the road ahead when driving at night. A dual-level cargo area is revealed by lifting the hatch floor. It provides additional storage with a cover to protect the contents from curious eyes. Performance

A 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine with 146 hp and 132 lb-ft of torque is standard on the lower trim levels, while the top two trims have a turbocharged 1.6-liter 4-cylinder engine delivering 195 hp and 195 lb-ft of torque. All trims have all-wheel drive, but ​front-wheel drive is available on the S and EX trims.

The estimated fuel economy ​for the AWD models is 27 mpg on city streets and 21 mpg on highways. FWD models get 28 mpg in the city and 34 mpg on the highway. Hill-Start Assist Control and Downhill Brake Control are both standard.

Technology

You won’t find the 2024 Seltos the least bit lacking in current technology, no matter which model you choose. Standard features in the lowest trim include a 4.2-inch instrument display and a 6-speaker audio system. The infotainment system has an 8-inch touchscreen display with Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and Bluetooth connectivity for multiple devices. There is a USB data ​port and USB-C charging port in the front row, as well as two USB-C charging ports in the second row.
