Kia’s award-winning EV6 is once again redefining the electric crossover with a new look, larger batteries, and exciting tech. Its innovative features make the 2025 Kia EV6 even more convenient, fun, and safe to drive, so it’s a more attractive choice than ever before.
4 Innovative Features of the 2025 Kia EV6
1. Impressive Powertrain Choices
Whether you’re looking for thrilling power or peak efficiency, there’s an EV6 trim and powertrain that’s made just for you. The entry-level Light model has a permanent magnet AC synchronous motor that makes 167 horsepower and 258 lb.-ft. of torque while averaging a manufacturer-estimated 115 MPGe combined efficiency. It’s also equipped with a 63.0-kWh lithium-ion battery that produces up to 237 miles of range. The remaining four trims include an 84.0-kWh battery that provides up to 319 miles of range.
Rear-wheel drive Light Long Range, Wind, and GT-Line models generate 225 horsepower and 258 lb.-ft. of torque with 114 MPGe combined efficiency. When equipped with all-wheel drive, these trims have an increased 320 horsepower and 446 lb.-ft. of torque, with up to 106 MPGe combined efficiency. The adrenaline-producing GT accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.4 seconds with up to 641 horsepower and 545 lb.-ft. of torque.
2. Kia Connect
If you have your smartphone nearby, you have a remote connection to your EV6, thanks to a complimentary 3-year subscription to Kia Connect. With this service, you can remotely start or stop charging your vehicle’s battery, set the climate control, or find its location in a parking lot. Safety features are also included, like 911 Connect, which can send for help if an airbag deploys in your EV6.
3. Blind-Spot Safety
Every EV6 comes with a long list of driver assistance features that can help prevent a collision with warnings, automatic braking, and steering assistance. One of these features is its blind-spot collision-avoidance assist, which detects vehicles in adjacent lanes and can help steer you back into your lane if you risk a collision with a detected vehicle. With Wind, GT-Line, and GT trims, you can even see a live view of your blind spot when you activate your turn signal.
4. Navigation and Infotainment Touchscreen
This year’s EV6 includes Kia’s next-generation infotainment system, which features incredibly quick processing speeds and over-the-air software updates. The system is displayed on a 12.3-inch touchscreen display, which controls a six-speaker audio system and connects to compatible smartphones with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
