“ usually we get great service but this time we went in for an oil change for spouse's truck and he asked for truck to be washed after maintenance completed. we left, received a phone call stating truck is ready, my husband asked if truck had been washed as well and was told "yes". We arrived, truck had not been washed and we were told it would only take 10 minutes. At least 30 minutes passed before truck was complete . This is actually the first time this has happened and we have been going there for about 15 years. Very surprising. ”

I'm old school I drive then sign not sign then drive as Freddy Kia expected me too after 3 visits. I research and found Mr. Robinson. My 1st service oil change was a smooth as oil.
