This establishment is sooooo PROFESSIONAL!!! I don't care what's wrong with my KIA Sorento, Demontron is going to take care of it. Maurice, KC & Clint are freaking PHENOMENAL!!! If you want GREAT customer service, ask for one of these 3 ppl. You won't be disappointed. There is one other young man whose name escapes me. However, I took my vehicle to be serviced for a couple of minor fixes and the young man told me that there was a recall on my car so that it too could be repaired. I'm so impressed with how family oriented KIA is. They're patient, kind and courteous. Forever a KIA customer 👏👏👏👏🌹

Can dealer respond here with good phone number to call and receive help? I see other dealers have posted phone numbers that go directly to customer service department. I purchased used car 12/6/19 and need some help.

Disappointed yet again, the one descriptor that I can use for the service here. Purchased a 2017 XC90 - New from here and called today with a broken 2nd row handle to move the seat to get into the 3rd row. Maybe used it 5 times since I've owned the car. Service person advise that it most likely would not be covered under warranty - on a 2017 - because there was manual intervention to it braking....... it's a handle......that is manual to it's operation....... Called Katy Volvo, warranty appointment on Friday 7:45 am. Only Reason for 3 stars is because i love the vehicle and VOLVO as a Company not necessarily its distributor...

The staff is always very courteous and respectful. My biggest complaint is having to wait for 2-3 hrs for routine maintenance when told it should only take 1.5 hrs. Loaner cars usually book about 2-3 weeks in advance.

usually we get great service but this time we went in for an oil change for spouse's truck and he asked for truck to be washed after maintenance completed. we left, received a phone call stating truck is ready, my husband asked if truck had been washed as well and was told "yes". We arrived, truck had not been washed and we were told it would only take 10 minutes. At least 30 minutes passed before truck was complete . This is actually the first time this has happened and we have been going there for about 15 years. Very surprising.
